Advisory and technical support to a strategic working group to develop a research and knowledge management strategy for the organisation. This includes overseeing a landscaping study on practice-oriented development research in India, an internal stocktaking of PRADAN’s past and present research portfolio and profile, and an organisational knowledge management assessment. These three pieces will feed into a series of strategy workshops with the working group and senior leadership, culminating in a research and KM strategy and 5-year operational plan.
